Refunds

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases, so we provide a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for all our products.


If you're not 100% satisfied we encourage you to reach out to our team on live chat here first to discuss what's missing and we can change for you.


If you're still looking for a refund, please be aware of the following Terms and Conditions.


- We do not provide refunds outside of the 7-day trial period

- We do not refund more than one month back at any time

- If you have a duplicate subscription by accidentally subscribing twice, we'll get the duplicate cancelled and the most recent month refunded for you. We do not refund beyond the most recent month.

- If you are looking to cancel and get a refund, you will lose access to that product immediately. This includes our Social Boom Pro platform.

Note: our working hours are 9-5 Monday-Friday, UK time. Requests outside will be converted to a ticket and answered on email.

Defaults on Subscriptions

If you're not able to pay your subscription at the time of renewal, you'll get an email from Stripe saying that it will automatically retry a few times over the next few days.


If no monies have been added to your account after 4 retries across up to 2 weeks, your subscription will be cancelled and you will lose access to that product.


We cannot re-open a subscription. To re-join you'll need to purchase again.


We cannot re-instate promotional rates from previous plans.

Disputes

Due to our 7-day satisfaction guarantee, if you raise a dispute with a subscription for any reason, you will immediately lose access to that product and be removed from all Social Boom communities, as per our Terms and Conditions.
