"I've reset my password but it's still not working"

This is likely due to a typo in the email you provided on the password reset form, or the email being different to the email you signed up with.


Please try resetting again and using a different email first and foremost.

Still Didn't get the password reset?

Here's the common reasons why you may not have received your password.

First, add the emails '[email protected]' and '[email protected]' to your contacts and as safe senders.


Then check:


1. If it went to spam

Please check your spam and trash folders to see if it's there


2. Your email has blocked it

This can happen especially with Microsoft accounts. Please check your email blocking rules.


3. You signed up with a different email address


Double check what email you signed up with.


4. There was a typo in the email you signed up with
